Account & Registration
How do I create an account?
Visit trading.apps.myallies.com, enter your email address, choose a secure password, and verify your email through the confirmation link. Once verified, you are immediately logged in with access to a full-featured demo environment.
What documents are needed for verification?
You will need a government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's license) and proof of address dated within the last three months. Accepted address documents include utility bills, bank statements, or official government correspondence.
How long does verification take?
Identity verification typically takes 24 to 48 hours. You will receive an email notification once your account has been verified. In the meantime, you can continue using the demo environment with full platform access.
Is there a minimum deposit?
No. There is no minimum deposit requirement. You can fund your account with any amount you are comfortable with once your identity verification is complete.
Can I have multiple accounts?
Yes. MyAllies supports linked accounts with easy switching between them. You can manage multiple portfolios under the same login, making it convenient to separate strategies or account types.
What regions are supported?
MyAllies serves clients across four major regions: North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). Regional pricing and data options vary by location.
Trading & Orders
What can I trade?
You can trade US-listed stocks and options across all major exchanges, including the NYSE and NASDAQ. The platform provides access to thousands of stocks and their associated options chains.
What order types are available?
MyAllies supports market orders, limit orders, stop-loss orders, trailing stops, and bracket orders. Each order type serves a different purpose, from immediate execution to automated risk management.
How fast is order execution?
Orders are routed directly to the market for sub-second execution at the best available price. The platform is built for speed, ensuring your trades are placed as quickly as possible.
Can I trade options?
Yes. MyAllies provides a full options trading experience. Browse available options, view multiple expiration dates, filter by calls or puts, and take advantage of automated options strategies to find opportunities.
What is Bulk Premium Sell?
Bulk Premium Sell is an automated options strategy feature that identifies and executes opportunities based on your personal risk preferences. You set your comfort level, and the strategy handles finding and executing suitable trades for you.
Is pre-market data available?
Yes. The platform displays extended-hours pricing data so you can monitor pre-market and after-hours activity. This helps you stay informed about price movements outside regular trading hours.
Fees & Billing
What are the commissions?
Commission rates range from $0.008 to $0.011 per share depending on your region. North America is $0.009, Europe is $0.010, Asia Pacific is $0.011, and MENA is $0.008 per share. There is no minimum commission per trade.
Is market data free?
Real-time market data is included at no cost for North America, Europe, and MENA regions. Asia Pacific clients pay $1 per month for real-time data access.
Are there monthly platform fees?
No. There are no monthly platform fees. Access to the MyAllies trading platform, including all features and tools, is completely free.
Are there withdrawal fees?
Withdrawals are free for most regions and are processed within one to three business days. MENA region withdrawals carry a $5 processing fee. Funds are returned to your original payment method.
Are smart tools free?
Yes. All smart trading tools, AI insights, and platform features are included free with every MyAllies account. There are no premium tiers or add-on charges.

What platforms are available?
You can access MyAllies Trading through any modern web browser on desktop or laptop computers, as well as through our native Android application for mobile trading.
What platforms are supported?
MyAllies is available as a web application and a native Android app. The web experience is fully responsive and optimized for all devices including iPhones and iPads.
Is market data real-time?
Yes. Real-time market data is streamed directly to your screen, providing instant price updates throughout the trading day. You always see the latest prices and portfolio values without needing to refresh.
Is API access available?
Yes. Our full REST API provides programmatic access to account data, order placement, portfolio information, and market data. It is ideal for building automated trading systems and custom integrations.
Is dark mode available?
Yes. Dark mode is available on the native Android mobile application. You can toggle it in the app settings for a more comfortable viewing experience in low-light environments.

MyAllies operates under the legal entity Aramas GmbH, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland. The Swiss location provides a strong foundation for data protection and privacy.
How is my data protected?
All data transmitted between you and the platform is protected by bank-grade encryption, both in transit and at rest. Your personal information and trading data are safeguarded under Swiss federal data protection standards.
Is identity verification required?
Identity verification is required for live trading accounts. This process protects both you and the platform by confirming every user's identity before enabling real-money trading.
Where are funds held?
Your funds are held with established financial intermediaries. Strict separation of client funds and bank-grade security measures ensure the safety of your capital at all times.
